Requesting an OST?

Contact the Guidance Department of the school you last attended to request a transcript.   All secondary schools keep student transcripts for 55 years.  Contact information for all DDSB schools is available in the school directory.

School Closed for Summer Vacation?

During the second week of July through to the end of the third week of August when secondary schools are closed, an online transcript request form is available to you.  Please complete this form and your request will be fulfilled 3-5 business days following the receipt of your form.  Please note, the DDSB is only open Monday through Thursday during the summer months.
